Fairwood Firs is a newer community of just over 90 homes located south of SE Petrovitsky Road and borders 140th Ave. SE.

This development was built in the late 1980s. The development is governed by an active homeowners association.

Fairwood, a friendly bedroom community is a short commute to a variety of Puget Sound locations, including a 30-45 minute commute to Downtown Seattle.
